Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number for SMS verification and a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) registered in your own name. Each mobile number may be linked to only one gd89 account. gd89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances. gd89 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any external channel.

You agree to enable two-factor SMS authentication on your account as a security measure. gd89 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials are your sole responsibility, except where directly attributable to a security failure on the Platform.

Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. gd89 may close or suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, if a Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gd89 does not charge deposit fees on supported local payment channels; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of gd89. Deposits are typically credited to your balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Players must complete KYC verification — including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport and proof of payment method — before the first withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours on standard business days, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Fraud Prevention. gd89 uses automated fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Deposits or withdrawals flagged as potentially fraudulent will be held pending review. If fraud is confirmed, the relevant funds will be frozen and the account will be closed. gd89 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when gd89's system confirms the bet and a unique bet reference number is generated. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• gd89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake.
• In-play bets are subject to a delay period during which odds may change. gd89 is not obligated to accept any in-play bet at the odds initially requested.
• gd89 may impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or Player account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of the bet being placed will be voided and the stake returned.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in BDT following the final result of the relevant sporting event.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a clear result, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event.

gd89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gd89 account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gd89 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability; gd89 will use reasonable efforts to minimise such downtime.

gd89 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC, and ongoing use of the Platform. This data is handled in accordance with gd89's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

gd89 uses 256-bit TLS encryption to protect data in transit and secure storage practices to protect data at rest. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may, however, be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

gd89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, with Bangladesh as the primary jurisdiction of the Players using this Platform.

gd89 operates as a safe and reliable international betting platform. It does not claim any specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government authority and makes no such representations.
